Lt. Dr. A. K. Priya

I have obtained Ph. D. in Civil Engineering from Anna University, Chennai also received my M.E in Environmental Engineering and Management from Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore, and was honored with Gold Medal for my excellence. I have 12.9 years of Teaching and Industrial experience. I have written more than 100 articles in international and national journals and in various conferences and contributed chapters in books in the field of water, wastewater treatment, and so on. I have published 20 Indian patents and 2 granted patents and also served as a reviewer for research papers in reputed national and international journals. I have received various research grants from DBT BIG BIRAC, DST SERB, AICTE, IEI. Added to my credit I have received various awards for my academic excellence and research like Young Achiever award and Young Engineer Award from IEI, Young Scientist Award, Young Women Educator and Scholar Award, Innovative Technological Research & Dedicated Teaching Professional Award, Best Associate NCC Officer. From the year 2018 I'm serving as a Vice-President in the Environmental Engineers Association of Coimbatore (EEA) and a committee member for IEI Coimbatore local chapter.
