Dr. Yogendra Kumar Dwivedi

Dr. Yogendra Kumar Dwivedi currently holds the position of Assistant Professor (Sl.G.) in the Mechatronics Engineering Department at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology (KPRIET) in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, India. He earned his Ph.D. from the Department of Mechanical Engineering at the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing, Jabalpur. His research focuses on Micro and Nano finishing Processes, Hybrid Machining, Robotics Polishing, and Advanced Mechatronics Systems, with a particular emphasis on advancing nanofinishing science and technology, particularly the innovative CMMRAF for biomedical applications. He has also made significant contributions to green manufacturing processes, such as microwave heating of metals, alloys, and composites. With nearly 5 years of experience in both research and teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels, he has authored over 12 research papers published in renowned international peer-reviewed journals, as well as presented his work at national and international conferences. Furthermore, he holds one patent and serves as a reviewer for esteemed international journals i.e. Springer and Sage.
