Dr. R. Subramaniyan @ Raja holds a doctoral degree under the faculty of Science and Humanities from Anna University, Chennai with crystal growth as his specialization. The Title of his Ph.D. thesis is "Synthesis, growth and characterization of Inorganic and Organic single crystals by high temperature and low temperature solution growth method".He is the recipient of CSIR-SRF for his Ph.D work. He has published five international papers in reputed journals and participated several national and international conferences
