Dr. S. Manoj Kumar holds a Doctorate in Computer Science and Engineering and brings 24+ years of teaching, research, and academic leadership experience. His areas of specialization include Artificial Intelligence, Data Science , Cloud, Internet of Things (IoT), Wireless Sensor Networks and Computer Networking.
He has published 65+ research papers in reputed journals indexed by SCI, Scopus, and Web of Science, and has presented his research work at several international conferences. He has also served as a reviewer and editorial board member for various reputed research journals. He has published two patents and authored three books in the field of Computer Science.
Dr. Manoj Kumar is a recognized Ph.D. Supervisor under Anna University, Chennai. He is currently guiding 8 Ph.D. scholars and has successfully produced 05 Ph.D. scholars.
He has held several significant academic and administrative responsibilities, including Head of the Department, Research Head, Head – E-Learning, Head – Centre for Learning and Teaching, Member Secretary – Curriculum Development Cell, SPOC – SWAYAM-NPTEL, NBA Coordinator for Tier-I and Tier-II, NAAC Institute-Level Coordinator, IQAC Coordinator, Chairman – Board of Studies, NSS Coordinator, and Advisory Committee Member.
He has completed 20- professional certification courses from reputed platforms and organizations, including Coursera, SWAYAM-NPTEL, Novell, and IBM. He is a professional member of ISTE, Computer Science Teachers Association (CSTA), USA, in association with ACM, and the Society of Digital Information and Wireless Communications (SDIWC).
