I am Dr. Dheerajlal T D, a passionate and dedicated researcher and teacher. I have over four years of teaching experience across various institutions, including the College of Applied Sciences (CAS), Kattappana, and the Department of Instrumentation (DOI), CUSAT, Cochin. I hold a Master’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE) with specialization in 'Wireless Technology' from Cochin University of Science and Technology (CUSAT), Kerala. After completing my M.Tech, I worked as a Guest Assistant Professor in the Department of Instrumentation (DOI) at CUSAT. Later, I pursued my Ph.D. research in the area of THz wireless communication at the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IIT KGP). My research is centered on advancing wireless communications, with a particular focus on waveform design and MIMO system design for future ultra-wideband THz communication systems. I have published my work in reputed IEEE journals such as IEEE Access and the IEEE Open Journal of the Communications Society (IEEE OJCOMS). I am a highly self-motivated researcher specializing in wireless communication systems, with a strong foundation in probability theory, digital signal processing, linear algebra, random processes, and detection and estimation. My current research interests are focused on 6G wireless communications, particularly in developing and applying advanced AI/ML techniques to enhance various PHY layer aspects of next-generation wireless communication systems.
