As Head of the Department and Professor, I played a pivotal role in enhancing academic programs, mentoring faculty and students, and advancing research initiatives. I holds an impressive array of qualifications, including an M.Com, M.Phil, B.Ed, PGDCA, MBA, and PhD with research experience spans 26 years, during which I has successfully guided 18 M.Phil and seven PhD candidates, with two ongoing doctoral projects under her supervision.
