About me
Mr. Balaji A, an Assistant Professor Senior Grade of Mechatronics Engineering at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. His mission is to empower students to develop critical thinking skills, foster a deep understanding of technological principles, and apply them to real-world scenarios. With a pursuing Ph.D. in Tribology and expertise in the field of Robotics and Engineering Design, he bring a wealth of knowledge to the classroom. He has authored 21 research technical papers and presented 25 papers at national and International conferences, focusing on the impact of cognitive processes on learning outcomes. He is proud to receive the Best Faculty Award and Achiever Award for innovative teaching methods and research practices in Kongu Engineering College during 2016 and 2020 respectively that promote active student participation and critical analysis. He is dedicated to providing personalized guidance and mentorship to the students. He has received 44.5 Lakhs of fund from various government agencies SERB, AICTE, TNSCST, CSIR etc., as a co-investigator for projects as well as for programs. Beyond the classroom, he is actively contribute to the academic community by serving as a reviewer for esteemed journals and participating in professional organizations. He is believe in the power of interdisciplinary collaboration and seek opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across various disciplines.
