About me
Dr. K Prabakaran is working as Assistant Professor in Department of Physics, KPRIET since November 2021. Prior to his present position, he was working as postdoctoral researcher in College of physics and optoelectronic engineering, Shenzhen University, China. He received research grant Rs 19.2 Lakhs as a Principal Investigator from SERB (Govt. of India) in 2016 and carried out his research work in SRM Institute of Science and Technology, Chennai (2016-2018). Dr. K. Prabakaran did his PhD at Laboratory for Advanced Research in Polymeric Materials-CIPET (Govt of India) Bhubaneswar, Odisha. He published 25 research articles and 5 book chapters in reputed international journals. He is an active regular reviewer of many esteemed international journals published by ACS, RSC, Elsevier, Wiley and Springer publishers. He is also a recognized Ph.D. supervisor at Anna University, Chennai. Recently, he received research grant from DST-SERB (Govt. of India) under State University Research Excellence scheme (SURE) with total research grant 25.7 Laksh rupees (2023-2026).
