About me
My research interests are in the areas of Computational Biology and Chemistry, Bioinformatics, Computer Aided Drug Design, Computational Biophysics, Quantum Chemical Calculations, Crystallography etc. I wish to collaborate with different research areas expert; such as, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Botany. The research area includes HIV, Hepatitis, Parkinson, Alzheimer, Cancer, Epilepsy, Human Papilloma virus (HPV) and recent pandemic disease SARS Covid-19. I am interested in protein-ligand interactions, chemical reactions of enzyme (QM/MM), DNA-Ligand interactions, Protein conformational dynamics and Quantum Pharmacology.

- I worked as a Post-Doctoral Fellow in Laboratory of Biological Physics, Institute of Physics, Polish Academy of Sciences, Warsaw, Poland from 3.4.2021 to 2.4.2022.
- Established the remote login access to use HPC (High Performance Computing) facility available in Centre for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC) [Under -Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology (MeitY) and Ministry of Communications and Information Technology] Government of India, Bioinformatics Research and Applications Facility (BRAF), Innovation Park C-DAC, Pune.
