On March 21, 2024, a dedicated group of staff members and students from our institution had the privilege of visiting the Universal Peace Foundation (UPF) at Nalla Goundan Palayam, Coimbatore. This visit was part of our commitment to Institutional Social Responsibility (ISR). Esteemed faculty members Mr. Premkumar, Ms. Jeevitha, Ms. Geetha, and Ms. Sri Sathiya led the initiative, demonstrating our department's dedication to contributing positively to the well-being and career development of the children at UPF.
The visit was centered around providing career guidance, mentorship, and resources including funds, clothing, and educational materials to the children. This effort aimed to support their immediate needs and enrich their learning environment, helping them envision and work towards a brighter future. Our engagement at UPF not only allowed our staff and students to experience the profound joy of giving back but also laid the groundwork for fostering a deeper relationship with UPF. We explored avenues for ongoing collaboration and support, marking the visit as a significant step towards making a lasting difference in the lives of those at the Foundation.
