MOTOR DESIGN USING SOFTWARE TOOLS , KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

The EKKI KPRIET International Water Technology Centre and Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering jointly organized the one day workshop on 'Motor Design using Software Tools' for outside participants on 10/08/2024. A heart warming welcome was delivered by Dr.K.Mohanasundaram, Head of the department, Electrical and Electronics Engineering. The event resource person was Mr.C.J.Vignesh, AP(Sr.G) and Ms.B.Lalitha, AP(Sr.G)/EEE. The training highlights are introduction on pump technology, various tools of pump and motor design, hands on session on motor design, 3D design conversion process and tool, hands on motor assembly, recent research in water technology, testing and live demo session on motor and pump assembly. The participants came from the following colleges 1. M.Kumarsamy college of engineering, Karur 2. Kongu engineering college, Perundurai 3. Excel engineeing college, Komarapalayam 4. Sri krishna college of engineering and technology 5. Erode sengunthar engineering college 6. Sri ramakrishna engineering college. The vote of the thanks delivered by Ms.B.Lalitha, AP(Sr.G) / EEE and certificate were distributed to the participants. Totally 52 students and 3 non teaching staff members were benefited in this workshop.
