The Java coding contest held on October 19, 2024, for II CSE students was a highly competitive and engaging event designed to test participants' coding skills and problem-solving abilities. The competition saw active participation from over 50 students each tasked with solving a set of complex Java programming problems within a fixed time frame of 2 hours.
The problems ranged from algorithmic challenges to real-world applications of Java, testing students' grasp of data structures, object-oriented programming, and efficient coding practices.
