On the occasion of World Hepatitis Day, IEEE KPRIET EMBS SBC organized an International Quiz Series on 28th July 2025 through an online platform. The event aimed to raise awareness about Hepatitis and engage students across institutions in an informative and interactive learning experience. The quiz received an overwhelming response with over 100 participants registering for the event. In order to accommodate the large number of participants and ensure smooth coordination, the quiz was conducted simultaneously on two separate Google Meet links. In the first Google Meet session, the event was hosted by Ms. Karthi Srinithi, who engaged the participants and managed the flow of the session. The quiz was effectively conducted by Ms. Linghadharinee A S, who ensured clarity and enthusiasm throughout the session. The second Google Meet session was hosted by Ms. Dhakshatha M K, who managed the platform and interactions with participants. The quiz in this session was conducted by Ms. Dharani K, who skillfully guided participants through the quiz rounds with energy and precision. The quiz sessions were highly interactive, fostering active participation and knowledge exchange. Throughout the session, leaderboards were displayed live on screen, allowing participants to track their performance and adding a competitive yet encouraging atmosphere to the event. The real-time updates kept the participants engaged and motivated until the final round. The event concluded with the collection of feedback, in which participants expressed appreciation for the engaging and supportive learning environment. The dedication and teamwork of the organizing committee, especially the student coordinators and session hosts, contributed greatly to the success of the event. The International Quiz Series not only created awareness about Hepatitis but also demonstrated the power of collaboration and digital engagement in educational outreach.
