Summary

Outcome of the Event

  1. Revenue generated of Rs. 1.4 lakhs as training consultancy through the successful conduct of the program.

  2. Conducted a 180-hour Skill Development Course on “Robotic Welding & Additive Manufacturing” from 8th September to 14th October 2025 at KPRIET – Center for Robotic Welding & NDT.

  3. Seven students from KSR College of Technology actively participated and successfully completed the training.

  4. The course covered major modules such as CAD Modelling, GD&T, ANSYS Workbench, Robotic Welding (Online & Offline using RobotStudio), WAAM & NDT, FDM, and PLC Programming.

  5. Participants gained hands-on experience in Robotic Welding and Additive Manufacturing using advanced robotic systems and simulation tools.

  6. Industrial exposure was provided through visits and training sessions at Kavin Inc., Kongu Engineers, Cosmic NDT, and A Plus NDT, Coimbatore.

  7. The program effectively bridged academic learning with industrial applications, developing industry-ready skills in Robotics, Welding, and Additive Manufacturing.
