The Department of Mechatronics Engineering at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, under the aegis of MI-QUINIX – Mechatronics Student Association, successfully conducted the MATLAB for Drone Path Simulation: A Hands-on Workshop on 13th October 2025 at the UAV LAB. The workshop provided an intensive, hands-on learning experience for participating student , focusing on the practical application of MATLAB/Simulink for drone dynamics modeling and optimal flight path planning. Several student actively participated, showcasing their technical aptitude in control systems and simulation. The session effectively demonstrated the powerful integration of software tools with real-world aerial vehicle challenges, serving as an engaging platform for skill development and innovation among students. The department appreciated the enthusiasm and teamwork displayed by all attendees, highlighting the event's success in promoting advanced technical skills.
