KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology have organized techno cultural fest - FIESTAA '23 on 16.02.2023.
In FIESTAA ’23, Hackathon & Shark Tank (Prototyping) is one of the main technical event. The main goal of the hackathon is to create functioning of software or hardware by the end of the event.
Venue: EEE Tutorial Hall - B112/1
Team Size: Maximum 4 members per team
Theme of the Event: Industry 4.0, Agriculture, Waste Management, IoT, Societal Needs, Robotics and Automation, Health care and Aviation.
 The student Mr.  S. Gowtham welcomed the gathering. Nearly 23 students have participated and shared their knowledge in software and hardware domain.
Dr. P. Sreelatha, Professor, Department of Biomedical Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore and Prof. S. Satheesh Kumar, Assistant Professor (Sr.G), Department of Electronics and Communication Engineering,  KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore acted as Evaluation  Panel members.
Finally, 3 teams were selected, based on their idea, novelty. design, Implementation and presentation.
Mr. M. Loganathan and team from M. Kumarasamy College of Engineering, Karur  has won first position with the cash prize of Rs.3000.
Mr. M. S. Vishwanath form Erode Sengunthar Engineering College, Perundurai has won first position with the cash prize of Rs.2000
