A Parent–Teacher Meeting (PTM) was conducted on 18.07.2026 from 6.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. The meeting was attended by the parents of the students, along with the Chief Mentor and Class Mentors.
The meeting commenced with a warm welcome to all the parents by the Chief Mentor and the Class Mentors. Subsequently, the Head of the Department presented the academic and co-curricular activities planned for the academic year 2026–2027.
The following points were discussed during the meeting:
1. The department's academic plan and various student development activities for the academic year 2026–2027.
2. The importance of both Core Training and IT Training, along with the training schedule and expected outcomes.
3. The department's placement achievements and the placement opportunities available for the students.
4. The Semester VI pass percentage and the overall academic performance of the students.
5. The minimum 75% attendance requirement to be eligible for writing the Continuous Internal Assessment Tests (CIAT) was explained, and parents were requested to ensure their wards maintain the required attendance.
6. Parents were encouraged to regularly monitor their ward's academic progress, attendance, and participation in training programmes.
The parents actively interacted with the faculty members, clarified their queries, and expressed their support for the department's initiatives. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to all the parents for their valuable participation and cooperation.
