The Faculty Development Programme on “MATLAB for Teaching and Assessment” provided faculty members with practical exposure to the use of MATLAB as an effective computational and pedagogical tool. The participants gained an understanding of how MATLAB can be integrated into engineering mathematics teaching, numerical problem-solving, visualization, and assessment activities. The session enhanced their confidence in developing MATLAB-based examples, demonstrations, and assessment components. The programme also encouraged faculty members to adopt technology-enabled teaching methodologies and promote experiential and application-oriented learning among students.
