3. Product roadmap: Discussed the product release roadmaps are convenient for displaying the key activities, like phases and milestones, that need to happen to deliver your product update to customers
4. Technical design: coding and testing: Testing is to analyze the developers output and to verify the software is bug free. Various aspects of testing and coding style were discussed.
5. Product delivery planning: Delivery planning can be referred to as planning routes and logistics for product delivery. It is used by businesses that deliver products to ensure fast and efficient deliveries to their customers. A delivery plan is used to sequence the work.
6. Hiring and performance management: Performance management begins when an employee is hired and does not end until they leave the company or organization. In contrast to performance reviews, peer appraisals or self-evaluations, performance management is an on-going practice that changes and develops as a team grows and evolves.
7. Career development : Career development is the process of exploration and action that shapes a person's career path. It includes assessments of a person's skills, abilities, interests, and personality.
