CARE - Centre for Active Research in Engineering Education, a state-of-the-art research wing dedicated to the engineering educators for creating innovative and effective engineering education experiences. Our Centre is committed in nurturing the development of futuristic enginering learning experiences and promoting innovation in engineering education through hands-on learning opportunities, cutting-edge technology, and a supportive community of educators as lifelong learners.

Our team is dedicated to enhance the engineering education experience by providing access to the latest tools and resources, including state-of-the-art equipment and software, training in pedagogy, androgogy & heutogogy and creating a supportive learning environment that encourages collaboration and peer-to-peer learning. CARE

Learning Lounge

The Care Learning Lounge is a state-of-the-art physical learning space that has been specifically designed to accommodate the faculty and support staff of KPRIET. The Lounge has been designed to foster creativity and innovation, and to provide an environment where new and novel learning experiences for engineering teaching can be developed and tested.
The Lounge is equipped with cutting-edge technology and resources, including the latest software and hardware, and a range of hands-on learning tools and equipment. The Lounge provides faculty and support staff with access to a range of innovative teaching methodologies, including design projects, laboratory work, and real-world simulations.
In the Care Learning Lounge, faculty and support staff can collaborate with peers, exchange ideas, and work together to develop new and innovative teaching approaches. The space provides a supportive environment for faculty and support staff, and encourages collaboration and peer-to-peer learning.
The Care Learning Lounge is a crucial part of the CARE's commitment to enhancing the engineering education experience, and fostering a community of learners and instructors. LXD LEVEL 1 WORKSHOP
The Learning Experience Design (LXD) Level 1 Workshop was a transformative experience for the 45 faculty members from the Science and Humanities Department who attended on April 10th and 11th, 2023. Through advanced concepts such as Kolb's Experiential Cycle, Bloom's Taxonomy, Flipped Classroom, and Self-Organized Learning Environment, attendees were empowered to create immersive and impactful learning experiences.
