The department of Computer Science and Engineering, KPRIET organized an Expert Talk on ' Exploring Research opportunities in AI applications ' on 08.08.2023. Prof Anand Paul, Professor, Kyungpook National University, South Korea was the resource person for the event.
The session started with identifying specific areas within AI applications that you are passionate about. Prof also discussed about understanding the current state of the field, existing challenges, and potential research gaps and to develop feasible solutions to the challenges.
He further insisted to publish conference papers in top conferences of the research area to get updated on latest technologies in the area and to improve the networking in the area of research.
Prof also discussed about the Post doctoral fellow opportunities in South Korea and the skill set required for post-doctoral aspirants. He insisted the role of publications in the process.
He showed interest to collaborate with faculty in terms of research and publication of the article.
Doubts asked by the faculty members were cleared during the sessions.
