Students were able to understand the importance of voting
KPRIET-NSS Cell and SANGAMAM- GRAFFIO Club in association with the Public (Election) Department, jointly organized a drawing competition on our campus to create awareness on the 'Importance of Voting' for the students on 06.10.2023.
Students from various departments participated and showcased their talents through their drawings. Through this event, we are able to raise awareness about the importance of voting among students.
A total of around 60 students participated in the event, and Dr.Sudha, AP/Chemistry was the judge, and she was present throughout the event. the winners were selected based on their creativity and attraction to words and painting. Three winners were selected, and the report and their drawing were given to sulur panchayat office , were the officer will hand over all the drawings to the collector office, from there top three drawings will be selected among the Coimbatore district. The top three in Coimbatore will be awarded a cash prize by the collector. On this note, I would like to thank all the members and student coordinators for making this event a grand success.
