Blockchain being emerging technology in industry 4.0, our institution has taken major initiatives in the recent times by establishing MoUs with various industries. And as part of that, CSE has taken a beautiful step by signing MoU with bitsCrunch in 2021, to impart our students the technical knowledge in the field of Blockchain.
Few students have completed the one credit course and few students have been offered internship by bitsCrunch. So, this is a great platform for students to upgrade their skillset towards industry 4.0 . In connection with the MoU Dr.Yuvaraj N, Professor and Head, Department of CSE deliver the inaugural address and officially Launched the blockchain Community Block Hub followed by him Mr.Jawakar R S alumni of KPRIET shared few of his experience in the blockchain domain and the opportunity for the technology also he explained a broad overview of the essential concepts of Blockchain technology – by initially exploring the Bitcoin protocol followed by the Ethereum protocol – to lay the foundation necessary for developing applications and programming was presented by Mr.Jawakar.
A total of 25 participants were benefited from the session and given positive feedback.
Mr. Balamurugan , II AD student share his experience with community members and demo shown by him to understand the working of decentralized E-commerce website using solidity and Hardhat. Finally Rollout plans for the community discussed.
