Internal students were interacted with the external participants and gain knowledge about different type of projects done by the participants
Summary
Participants from various institutes were involved the project expo and exhibit their projects. Projects from different domains were presented in the project expo. Projects belongs to 1.Embedded System Technology, 2.Drone Technology, 3.Unmanned Ariel Vehicle, 4.Industrial automation, 5.Internet of Things and 6.image processing, 7. Nano Technology, 8.Very Large Scale Integration Design were exhibited in the expo. Totally, 73 students belongs to 1.Electronics and Communication Engineering, 2.Electrical and Electronics Engineering, 3. Information Technology, 4.Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning, 5.Artificial Intelligence and Data Science 6.Instrumentation and Control Engineering, 7.Computer Science and Engineering, 8.Mechatronics Engineering were registered and participated in the project expo. The project expo starts at 09.30 am on 16.02.2023 and ends at 3.00pm on 17.02.2023. The projects were reviewed by the experts committee formed by ECE department. The expert committee members are Dr.K.S.Tamilselvan, Dr.D.Selvakumar, Dr.K.B.Gurumoorthy and Dr.R.Arun Sekar. The expertise of the committee members includes, Image and Signal processing, Nano Technology, Industrial Automation, Embedded system, Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning. Participants present the PPT of the projects first and did the project demo to the review committed members and according to the presentation, content, demo and relevance of the project to social and environmental applicability of the project, marks were awarded. Originality and involvement of the project team members also examined during the presentation. Participants justify the real life application of their project and also the SDG goal involved in the project. Maximum importance was given to the projects which address the societal problems. ECE students of KPRIET were also interacted with the participants and discuss about the projects.
