QRIOSITY'23 MILLETS EDITION, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

The event Qriosity'23 Millets edition which was organized by the Quiz club of KPRIET. It was conducted to create awareness on Millets and their benefits. The participants were super excited and they have gained some knowledge on millets.

Quiz club of KPRIET conducted an event called Qriosity'23 Millets Edition on March 11 2023. To create an awareness and increased production and consumption of millets ,United Nations, at the behest of the Government of India, declared 2023 the International Year Millets among the students. Students were eagerly participated in the event. And it was team game consists of 2 members per team. We have 76 participants that is 38 teams. The event has two rounds. First round consists of basic millets questions and second round have little bit tough questions. The event was started with KPR anthem followed by Welcome address and the game starts here . Round 1 questions were projected and participants were given a pen and paper they are asked to write the correct answers. From these eight teams were shortlisted for second round which also followed the same round 1 pattern. Participants felt that it was a nice event and they have learned something new about the Millets. Finally only one team were selected and rewarded. Event was ended with vote of thanks.

Overall, Qriosity'23 Millets edition was a grand success providing students to show case their talents. The event was well-organized and provided an interesting and exciting experience for participants about the unknown facts about the Millets. The quiz club should be applaud for their efforts in organizing such a nice event.
