INTRODUCTION TO C PROGRAMMING , KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

Outcome Of the Event:
The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems have organized the workshop titled “Introduction to C Programming” on 01.04.2023. The student participants gained more knowledge about C Programming. The event was conducted online on first April, 2023 at 5.00 pm to 6.00 pm. 65 student participants attended the workshop. The students were more interested in attending the workshop and all of them learnt about Introduction to C Programming. C programming is a popular and widely used programming language that was first introduced in the early 1970s. It was originally designed to develop the UNIX operating system, but it has since become one of the most popular languages for developing software applications across a wide range of platforms.

·  The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems have organized the workshop titled “Stress Management” on 01.04.2023 in the CSBS Department. 65 student participants attended the workshop. 
·  The Startups Session was a highly informative and insightful event that provided knowledge and an opportunity to learn from M.Praneshwaran and M.Vimalraj.
·  C programming is a popular and widely used programming language that was first introduced in the early 1970s. It was originally designed to develop the UNIX operating system, but it has since become one of the most popular languages for developing software applications across a wide range of platforms.
·   C is known for its efficiency, simplicity, and portability, making it an ideal choice for developing systems software, embedded software, and other applications that require low-level control over hardware and system resources.
·   Some of the key features of C programming include its use of a structured programming approach, support for low-level programming operations, and the ability to handle memory management directly. These features make it a powerful and versatile language that can be used for a wide range of programming tasks.
·   Learning C programming can be a great way to develop fundamental programming skills and gain experience with low-level programming concepts. It is a valuable skill for programmers who want to work with embedded systems, systems programming, or other applications where low-level control over hardware and system resources is required.
·   The fundamentals of C-Programming, the advantages of learning C-programming. It was an amazing event in which the student learnt about the importance of coding and at the end they gain some knowledge on it.
·    The event was organized by Dr. R.Devi Priya, HoD/Computer science and Business Systems and Dr.T.RajaSekaran, Associate Head / Computer science and Business Systems. The workshop organized M.Praneshwaran, MIT Chennai and M.Vimalraj MIT Chennai. The session was handled by I year-  D.K Pranneeth, K.Pranav. B.S Harini Student Coordinators/ Computer Science and Business Systems.
