ALUMNI INDUCTION , KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

To develop skill for the present industry needs.

Alumni Induction program for 2017-2021 students has been arranged in Department of Civil Engineering, KPRIET on 24.09.2022. 90 students from Civil Engineering and 6 Students from structural Engineering has participated. Alumni Induction program is organised every year for the students who is graduated from B.E - Civil Engineering and M.E - Structural Engineering. This induction program gives brief introduction about the role and responsibilities of Alumni Association and assure them to join in Alumni Association for the betterment of students, institution, to develop business network and self grooming factors. Alumnus has shared their experience and the challenges they faced in training in the core engineering field. Interaction session also arranged between the final year and third year students. Students interacted with alumni to how to prepare for the society needs when they get graduated. Mr. V. Kavinkumar, Vice President, KPRIETAA addressed the gathering and requested the Alumni to impart their ideas towards the growth of the institution. He also requested the Alumni to help their fellow alumni and students of the institution by all means financially and economically with the available resources. Followed by alumni.  Mr. Naveen, Mr. K. Karthik, Ms. S. Nisha, Mr. Saran Surya gave their feedback about education system and skills to be developed during the course. Alumni and faculty interaction has made good impact among the present education system in department and importance of skill development in job hunting. Alumni were voluntarily involved in interaction and clarified the actions to be initiated in upcoming years regarding the additional skill development. After the interaction session high tea and cultural fest were arranged for alumni to refresh and share their memories in campus and followed by photo session also arranged with faculty members.
