The Department of Information Technology, KPRIET organizing an Short-Term Training Program (STTP) on Quantum Computing using Qiskit from 09-12-2024 to 13-12-2024. This STTP provides an in-depth introduction to the rapidly evolving field of quantum computing. This training program equips participants with the essential knowledge and skills to understand and implement quantum algorithms using Qiskit, IBM's open-source quantum computing framework. Over the course of the program, attendees will gain hands-on experience in designing quantum circuits, simulating quantum algorithms, and running them on real quantum processors. The STTP covers key concepts such as quantum gates, qubits, superposition, entanglement, and quantum measurements, while also introducing advanced topics like quantum error correction and optimization algorithms.
