Number of Rounds: 3 rounds
Rounds, rules and regulations
1. Rapid fire
• Time Limit: Each participant will have 60 seconds to answer each question.
• Question Type: Questions will be based on management concepts (hr, finance, marketing and sales,legal aspects, operations) leadership, decision-making,
• Response Speed: Answers must be given immediately; no extra thinking time is allowed.
• Scoring: Points will be awarded for accuracy, clarity, and confidence in responses.
• One Attempt Per Question: No second chances; once answered, the response is final.
• Elimination Rule: Participants with the highest quartile marks will qualify for the subsequent round.
2. Case study analysis:
• Case Study Format: Participants will be given a real-world business scenario related to management, leadership, crisis handling, decision-making, or strategy formulation.
• Time Allocation:
➢ Reading Time: 10–15 minutes
➢ Analysis & Solution Preparation: 30 minutes
➢ Presentation Time: 5–10 minutes (varies as per event rules)
• Medium of Presentation: Participants may present using verbal explanations, whiteboards, PowerPointetc.
3. Basket and Role play:
• Scenario-Based Challenges: Participants will receive a "basket" containing multiple business problems, crisis situations, or managerial tasks that need to be addressed simultaneously.
• Time Limit: 5-10 minutes will be given to analyse and respond to all tasks in the basket.
• Decision Justification: Every action taken should be logically justified and backed by reasoning.
