The session provided participants with a safe and thoughtful space to reconnect with their inner experiences, emotions, and personal journeys that continue to influence their thoughts, behaviour, and relationships in everyday life.
Through reflective activities, guided visualization, interactive discussions, and self-exploration exercises, participants were encouraged to understand the importance of emotional awareness, self-compassion, and empathy in both personal and professional settings
