• Students learned about the opportunities for entrepreneurship in civil engineering.

• Students had the opportunity to network with an experienced professional and to get advice on how to prepare for job interviews, how to get internships, and how to start their own businesses.

The ICI Student Chapter in association with Office of Alumni Relation organized an alumni interaction program and mock interview session for 3rd year students on September 25, 2023, in Pallavi Hall. The session was conducted by Er. Deepak Kishore, Managing Director of DEE BLUE ASSOCIATES, who has over 05 years of experience in the Construction industry.

The session began with an introduction from Er. Kishore about his career journey and the skills and qualities that are essential for success in the workplace. He then shared his insights on how to prepare for job interviews and answer common interview questions. Following the presentation, Er. Kishore conducted mock interviews with a select group of students. This was a great opportunity for students to practice their interviewing skills and get feedback from a seasoned professional. All 3rd year students who attended the session found it to be very informative and helpful. They appreciated the opportunity to learn from Er. Kishore and get feedback on their interviewing skills.
