The TRICRAFTERINA is a event to find young students interest and creativeness towards their nation. This event is conducted on the occasion of Independence Day 2022. The students displayed a great patriotism towards the nation and made mind-blowing crafts. Those were evaluated based on theme tri color national flag , materials and innovation they used to create the craft. From making jewellery, dolls, flowers to dying and tying fabrics and making own designs on cups and ceramics; from pencil shading, glass painting, stitching and embroidery to tile painting and block designing, this competition was filled with energy and passion.They were evaluated by Ms. P.Indhiradevi AP(Sr.G) and they were selected and awarded with the prize. The students learned about the patriotism towards the national flag and many things related to art and crafts through this event. Volunteering Committee played a better role in carrying out the event successfully right from the start till the end. It is an opportunity for the students to test their accomplishments at the College level. This gives them the exposure and is a celebration of Independance Day. It motivates as well as appreciate the skill of the students. Through arts and craft, Students learn to value and appreciate artifacts and images across cultures and times. Experience in design, art and crafts enable them to reflect critically on their own work and those by others. They learn to act and think like designers and artists, working intelligently and creatively. The winners were awarded with prizes and certificates were distributed to them.
