Teacher's Day Celebration - Panel Discussion by students, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

On Teacher’s Day (05.09.2024),a panel discussion was organized by chemical engineering

students on the topic "The Future of Chemical Engineering" at Care Studio (2:30 to 4:00

pm),held in the presence of the Head of Department (HoD) and faculty members. The event

aimed to explore emerging trends,innovations and challenges in chemical engineering,fostering

an interactive dialogue between students and faculty.

advancements in process automation. They also highlighted the role of data analytics, artificial

intelligence, and green technologies in shaping the future of the industry. Faculty members

actively engaged in the discussion, sharing their insights on industry requirements and the

importance of continuous learning.

Following the discussion, the event shifted to a lighter note with a fun-filled segment dedicated

to the faculty. Teachers participated in a series of interactive games organized by students,

fostering camaraderie and enjoyment. Activities like Tower with carrom coins, Musical chairs

with passing ball,and light-hearted competitions brought smiles to everyone’s faces,celebrating

the bond between students and teachers.

The event concluded with a vote of thanks, recognizing the efforts of faculty members and

emphasizing the importance of mentorship in shaping future engineers. The day was a blend of

thoughtful discussion and joyful celebration, making it a memorable occasion for all.
