The Department of Chemical Engineering at KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore, in collaboration with The Institution of Engineers (India) – Coimbatore Local Centre, successfully organized a Technical Webinar on "Circular Economy: Engineering Solutions for Waste Reduction and Resource Recovery." This event aimed to create awareness and provide insights into sustainable engineering practices for waste management and resource recovery. The session commenced with a warm welcome by Lt. Dr. A.K. Priya, Committee Member, IEI Coimbatore Local Centre & Professor, Department of Chemical Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, Coimbatore. She introduced the theme of the webinar and emphasized the importance of engineering solutions in achieving a sustainable circular economy.
