The TLP 360° Faculty Deputation Programme from 15–19 December 2025 strengthened faculty understanding of OBE and pedagogical practices. Each session enhanced knowledge on Bloom’s Taxonomy, CO–PO mapping, assessment methods, and rubric design. Faculty gained improved skills in planning learner-centric teaching and effective evaluation strategies. The workshop promoted the adoption of innovative pedagogies and ICT-enabled teaching. Overall, the programme contributed to quality enhancement and accreditation readiness within the department.
