Doing the basic courses which are relevant to the domain what you choose and prepare from the scratch and endorse the courses in LinkedIn.
How to approach the HR through LinkedIn.
Find out the dream company and get to know the things about the company and ongoing projects as well.
These process will make you to get into the places where the student is decided.
She gave an elaborate session on how to crack dream offers and how she utilized the college resources and engagement with the facutly members and getting hold of their expertise were made her useful to get good dream offers.
