INDUCTION PROGRAM -IGNITRRON (1ST YEARS), KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

Better understanding of Freshers and their expectation.

As per the plan team Ignitrron addressed the freshers which was conducted for two days (one hour per day) .
DAY 1
For the first day Our Head Mr.Udhayakumar N address the students about Ignitrron with presentation which conveyed the whole details of IGNITRRON and its clubs then it was followed by our President Ms.Kaviyasree S and our Secretary Mr.Siva Prasad which included the academic year plan and benefits of being part of Ignitrron and at the last students have asked their queries which was answered by our team. Finally day 1 of interaction ended with happy welcoming of juniors to our family.
DAY 2
The second day's induction program was conducted in Thanam hall where our Head Mr.Udhayakumar N addressed the students with the history video of Ignitrron and also explained about team Ignitrron then it was followed by our President Mr.Manikandan about the clubs and its vision,mission, benefits and goals. It was then followed by our Secretary Ms.Mayurapriya S P about interpersonal skills,development of communication in Ignitrron and individual clubs introduction. We also had Q&A with the students in which students asked their queries and it was answered properly all the students had received the answers then at last day 2 have ended with happy welcoming of juniors to our family.
Both days have made us to understand the power of team work and also made to understand the expectation of all in Ignitrron so that we can improve in what we are doing right now.
