The CSE Department Association and Software Development Club (SDC) was inaugurated on 06.08.2022 at 10:00 AM in the Ragam Hall. Mr.Keerthivasan welcome the gathering, Dr.V.Vignesh, Associate Professor, Department of Computer Science and Engineering and SDC - Head, inducted the office bearers for the academic year 2022-2023. Dr.J.Indra felcitate the session. The chief guest for the occasion, Mr S.RAAMAKIRTINAN, Manager-Projects, Artificial Intelligence and Analytics, Cognizant Technology Solutions, Coimbatore was the guest for the day. He addressed the gathering on the topic “Cloud Computing with AWS-Overview”. He shared his wide experience about the insights of Cloud Computing with AWS in the working environment. He gave a valuable talk about the cloud environment with amazon web services. He also give an insight on the research areas of cloud and also give more valuable suggestions on how web services utilize the cloud environment . He urged the students to focus on at least two alternative technologies in each area (Frontend, Backend, Web and Cloud Technologies) to widen their prospects of placement. Totally 620 students were benefited from this guest lecture. A short video was presented in the session which was regarding the activities conducted by the cell in the academic year 2021-2022.
The outcome of this event is to enrich the knowledge of the students towards insights on cloud computing environment and AWS overview process. The students comes to the various benefits of AWS environment. AWS enables you to select the operating system, programming language, web application platform, database, and other services you need. With AWS, you receive a virtual environment that lets you load the software and services your application requires. Finally Ms.Pooja deliver the vote of thanks.
