PAPER PRESENTATION, KPR Institute Engineering and Technology, Autonomous Engineering Institution, Coimbatore, India

The Department of Civil Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology has conducted Paper presentation for external participants from various reputed institutions on 16th February 2023. The total participants registered was 23. Out of which 20 students were participated in the event. The best paper was selected by calculating the defined parameters of paper presentation. Based on the performance, presentation skill and technical contents as per the recent innovations in Civil Engineering, the best three paper was gifted with cash prize, certification and memento. As per the schedule the program was started at 10.00A.M and ends at 3.15P.M by providing 8 minutes for presentation and 2 minutes for questionnaire session. It helps the students and faculties to know the recent development in industries followed.
The details of the prize winners are mentioned with the necessary details:
1. Vijaya Boopathy T & Abinav Ramesh from Dr.Mahalingam College of Engineering and Technology, Pollachi has won the first Prize of Rs.2000/- + Certificate + Shield
2. Ajai Adarsan T from Kumaraguru College of Technology, Coimbatore has won the second prize of Rs.1500/- + Certificate + Shield
3. Raghul, Sridhar R and Iraianbu S K from Government college of Engineering formerly known as Institute of Road and Transport Technology, Erode has won the third prize of Rs.1000/- + Certificate + Shield
All the papers were verified with the following set of parameters fixed!!
1. Novelty of the work - 10 marks
2. Technical Knowledge - 10 marks
3. Presentation skills - 10 marks
Totally 30 marks were fixed and the best among all the papers were awarded.
