Summary
Electronics Club and Science Club jointly organized the DECODE event as part of FIESTAA'23 on February 17th, 2023. More than 100+ Participants had pre-registered as well as registered on the spot and 60+ participants had participated in the competition. The winners and runners were rewarded with certificates, shields, and cash prizes. All the participants received participation certificates. The event was held at the ADC & MULTIBAND LAB between 10:00 A.M. and 01:00 P.M.
Round 1 - The Participants are paired up into 12 - 15 Teams, Each Team was provided with a Question Paper along with a Blank Sheet. A Question Paper comprises 20 Multiple Choice Questions. There are no time constraints. The participants complete round 1 and then go further.
Round 2 - In the meantime of evaluation of Round 1. The Teams are provided with another question paper comprising 5 Problems. These Problems are demonstrated by each team separately using the components provided at ADC & MULTIBAND LAB. Based on the accuracy of their answers, The Teams are evaluated.
After Evaluating the performance of the teams in both rounds, Winners, and Runners were declared by Prof. S. Satheesh Kumar of KPRIET based on the results and awarded with shields and cash prizes worth Rs.3000. The Details are as follows.

Runners - Devika K G and Kavin Kumar G from K. S. Rangasamy College of Technology.
