Outcome of the Report:
The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems have organized the workshop titled “The Journey from failure to Success” on 15.03.2023. The student participants gained more knowledge about Journey from failure to Success. 65 student participants attended the workshop.The students were more interested in attending the workshop and all of them learnt about Journey from failure to Success. Throughout the session, Mr.C.P.Saravanan emphasized the importance of resilience and perseverance in the face of obstacles and setbacks. They encouraged entrepreneurs to stay focused on their goals and to continually adapt and learn from their experiences.

The Department of Computer Science and Business Systems have organized the workshop titled “The Journey from failure to Success” on 15.03.2023 in the CSBS Department. 65 student participants attended the workshop. 
·  The Startups Session was a highly informative and insightful event that provided entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts with the opportunity to learn from Mr.C.P.Saravanan.
·  Mr.C.P.Saravanan began by discussing the importance of identifying a unique value proposition and creating a strong brand identity. He emphasized the need to differentiate oneself from competitors and to consistently communicate one's value to potential customers.
·  Added that startups should also focus on building a strong team with diverse skills and experiences, as well as fostering a culture of innovation and experimentation. Mr.C.P.Saravanan also discussed the challenges that startups face, such as fundraising, scaling, and competition.               
The content of the workshop includes: 
1.  Acknowledge and accept the failure: It's essential to acknowledge and accept the failure instead of denying it or blaming others. It's important to take responsibility for the failure and learn from it.
2.  Analyze the failure: Take some time to analyze the failure and try to identify the reasons for it. This can help you understand what went wrong and what needs to be improved.
3. Learn from the failure: Failure is an opportunity to learn and grow. Look for the lessons that can be learned from the failure and use them to improve yourself and your approach.
4. Reframe the failure: Instead of seeing the failure as a defeat, reframe it as a learning experience. See it as an opportunity to gain new insights and develop new skills.
5. Set new goals: Use the lessons learned from the failure to set new goals that align with your values and vision. Make sure these goals are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time-bound.
6.Develop a plan: Create a plan that outlines the steps you need to take to achieve your new goals. Break down the plan into small, achievable steps and create a timeline for when you want to accomplish them.
7. Take action: Taking action is critical to the journey from failure to success. Be proactive, stay focused, and take action even when faced with obstacles.
8. Stay motivated: Maintaining motivation can be challenging, but it's essential. Find ways to stay motivated, whether it's through self-reflection, taking breaks, or celebrating small wins along the way.
The session concluded with a Q&A session, where audience members had the opportunity to ask the Mr.C.P.Saravanan questions about their own experiences and insights on the startup journey. Overall, the Startups Session was a valuable and informative event for entrepreneurs and startup enthusiasts, providing practical advice and insights from Mr.C.P.Saravanan.  
The event was organized by Dr. R.Devi Priya,HoD/Computer science and Business Systems and Dr.T.RajaSekaran, Associate Head / Computer science and Business Systems. The workshop organized Mr. C.P. Saravanan, Founder, Log Base/ Coimbatore .The session was handled by S. Aswath, G. Kaushik, L. Tharunika, Student Coordinators/ Computer Science and Business Systems.
