KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology's Civil Engineering department has hosted a 'Sketch it 2.0' competition from August 30 to September 10, 2023. The competition had two rounds, with 24 teams participating across tamil Nadu.
The first round was held on September 3, 2023, and involved creating a 2D plan and 10 teams were shortlisted for the second round, which was held on September 7, 2023, and involved creating a 3D elevation. The three winning teams were:
1st place: Dhayalan.J and Gnanasekaran.M from Builders Engineering College
2nd place: Chandru T and Ruthramoorthy V from KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology
3rd place: Navin Kishore K and Poojasree K from Sri Krishna College of Engineering and Technology The quality of all the submissions for Round 2 was high, and it was difficult to select the winners. All of the teams demonstrated a high level of creativity and skill in their sketches.
This competition is a great way for students to showcase their talents and learn about the latest software and technologies used in the field of civil engineering.
