On September 25, 2023, the Civil Engineering Department organized an Alumni Interaction Program with Er. Manisha, a Technical Assistant at Tirupur Corporation and a 2015-2019 batch alumnus. The event was held in the Pallavi Hall and was attended by all 3rd year Civil Engineering students.
Er. Manisha began her talk by sharing her experiences as a student at the institute. She spoke about the challenges she faced and the lessons she learned. She then went on to discuss her career journey, from her first job as a graduate engineer to her current position at the Tirupur Corporation.
Er. Manisha also provided students with insights into the field of civil engineering. She spoke about the different types of jobs available, the skills and qualifications required, and the career prospects. She also discussed the opportunities for entrepreneurship in civil engineering. The Alumni Interaction Program with Er. Manisha was a success. It provided students with an opportunity to learn from an experienced professional and to get insights into the field of civil engineering. The event also helped to strengthen the relationship between the institute and its alumni.
