The Kallikrates'24 symposium, organized by the Department of Civil Engineering at KPRIET, saw an enthusiastic turnout of over 500+ participants from 30 +colleges. The event commenced with an inspiring inaugural speech by the chief guest, Mr. Aashiq Mohammad, who motivated students with insights into leadership and innovation in civil engineering.
The symposium featured a range of technical events including paper and poster presentations, a CAD contest, and a 3ds Max workshop. These sessions allowed students to showcase their technical skills and innovative thinking on contemporary civil engineering topics.
In addition to the technical events, the symposium also hosted non-technical activities like connection quizzes, photography contests, and the fun-filled Kallikrates Cricket League. A lively cultural event featuring dance and music performances rounded off the day, offering a balance between academic rigor and creativity.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks, marking the symposium as a successful blend of learning, innovation, and collaboration, leaving participants excited for future editions.
