On 13th April 2025, Dr.Nisha Soms delivered an open talk on "Awareness About Digitization and Career Guidance" at Faraday Institute Of Advanced Studies, Trivandrum, Kerala, for plus two students preparing for professional college entrance examinations. The session aimed to enlighten students about the importance of digitization in today's world and provide guidance on career choices in this rapidly evolving landscape. During the session, the students gained insights into the concept of digitization, its impact on various industries, and the emerging job roles in fields like AI, data science, and cybersecurity. She also highlighted the importance of developing skills in demand in the digital era, such as coding, digital marketing, and data analysis.
