The Department of Civil Engineering, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, in association with the Construction Management Training Institute (CMTI), Bengaluru, successfully organized a Mock Interview Program for final-year Civil Engineering students from 25.08.2025 to 28.08.2025. The event provided students with a real-time interview experience through technical and HR rounds, along with personalized feedback on their performance. Experts from CMTI guided students on resume building, communication skills, body language, and industry expectations. The program proved highly beneficial in boosting the confidence and preparedness of students, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in upcoming placement opportunities.
