The Department of Civil Engineering organized an expert talk on “Construction Planning & Scheduling” for U21CEP13 – Construction Planning and Scheduling students on 16.02.2024. The session was delivered by Er. L. Venkatesh, Managing Director of Daxesh Builders, Tirupur, at the BIM Lab. The expert shared practical knowledge on project planning principles, scheduling techniques, resource management, and modern construction practices. Students gained valuable industry exposure in planning and scheduling methods, enhancing their understanding of Course Outcomes CO2 and CO3 related to construction project planning, scheduling techniques, and effective project execution.
