Event Outcomes

After attending the NBA Orientation Programme, faculty members were able to:

1. Understand the NBA accreditation process, criteria, and evaluation methodology.

2. Gain knowledge of Outcome-Based Education (OBE) principles and their implementation.

3. Develop and map Course Outcomes (COs), Program Outcomes (POs), and Program Specific Outcomes (PSOs) effectively.

4. Learn the process of CO-PO attainment calculation, analysis, and continuous improvement.

5. Understand the importance of curriculum planning, assessment, and documentation required for NBA accreditation.

6. Enhance skills in preparing course files, accreditation reports, and supporting evidence.

7. Recognize the role of faculty in maintaining quality assurance and achieving continuous academic excellence.

8. Strengthen awareness of best teaching-learning practices, student-centric education, and quality enhancement initiatives.

9. Apply NBA guidelines to improve academic processes, assessment methods, and institutional performance.

10. Contribute effectively towards the department's NBA accreditation and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
