The 20-Day Placement Training Programme, organized by the Department of Civil Engineering in association with CMTI, was successfully completed with active participation from the III and IV Year Civil Engineering students.
The programme provided students with valuable exposure to industry expectations, technical skills, aptitude, communication, interview preparation, project management, interior design, construction practices, and professional development. The sessions delivered by the CMTI experts helped bridge the gap between classroom learning and real-world industry requirements.
The continuous guidance and mentoring provided by the CMTI team throughout the programme greatly contributed to enhancing the students' confidence, employability, and career readiness.
