The Department of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science, KPR Institute of Engineering and Technology, successfully organized the Inauguration of the SPARKS Students Association and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM) Students Chapter on 18 August 2026, from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, at Raagam Hall, Bhaskara Block.
The inauguration was graced by the presence of the Chief Guests, Ms. V. Ramya Rupha, Founder, Book My Venue, Coimbatore, and Mr. J. Mohan Srinivaash, Founder, Naarkaali – The Furniture Rental House, Coimbatore.
The event marked the beginning of the association's activities for the academic year and provided a platform to encourage students to actively participate in technical, professional, and skill-development initiatives. The Chief Guests shared their valuable experiences and insights, motivating the students to explore opportunities, develop their skills, and pursue innovation and entrepreneurship.
The inauguration was successfully conducted with the enthusiastic participation of students and faculty members, marking a promising beginning for the activities of the SPARKS Students Association and ACM Students Chapter.
